Rules
1. You shouldn't ask anyone to look at your apply, they should look at it when they wan't
2. It will lower you chance if you follow rules 1.
3. If you follow all this rules, it would be fine.
4. You can apply for Specialist or Moderator. (Admin is a special privlige that will be EARNED
NOT applied to).
5. Rule number 4 also applies to the ranking Creator. You may not apply, or basically earn at all. SORRY
