Do NOT Post Unless Pertains To Topic

I have recently been noticing many users commenting on things such as appeals, user reports, Questions, etc. These members are stating their minds when it is in fact not needed. Posts such as "Wow, he shouldn't be banned", "Lol, this guy is a noob, ban him", "Lol, I don't know the answer" are not acceptable. Appeals and reports are for STAFF MEMBERS to decide and determine the outcome of the given situation. By saying this, do not tell the staff how to do their job and handle the issue. I ask to please only post in these given sections if you are creating a topic of course, and or CONTRIBUTING to the situation, this being with things such evidence/proof and or answers regarding this matter. User's who fail to realize this and or continue to post will receive further punishment.
